Newark-based Sills Cummis & Gross on Tuesday announced the return of litigator Nicole McDonough as its newest member of the firm.
McDonough joins the Litigation Practice Group, where she focuses on commercial, trade secret, trust and estate, intellectual property and real estate litigation matters. She represents companies from a broad range of industries in all stages of the litigation process in all state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
McDonough has held a variety of leadership roles within the Bergen County Bar Association, including serving as an officer and its current secretary. She previously served as a trustee of the BCBA as well as past president of the Young Lawyers Section. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Northeastern University.
Managing Partner Max Crane stated: “We were disappointed when Nicole left the firm previously, and are delighted about Nicole’s return to Sills Cummis. Her thoughtfulness and consideration to the task at hand is always a benefit to our clients.”
“Sills is a great place to practice law, and I am honored to have the opportunity to join such a distinguished group of attorneys. I was sad to leave the firm and couldn’t be happier to return,” McDonough stated.
