Executives and local officials recently gathered to celebrate the grand opening of Kolmar’s 16,102-square-foot North America Innovation Center at Glenpointe in Teaneck, according to a Tuesday announcement from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which manages, owns and operates the Glenpointe campus.
Kolmar is a South Korean-based original development manufacturing service provider for the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and healthy food supplements industries. Kolmar, and its affiliates’ offices and manufacturing locations, span eight countries including South Korea, China, Canada and the U.S., providing clients with end-to-end trend direction, formula innovation, product development, packaging, manufacturing and logistics management services.
Representatives from both Kolmar and Alfred Sanzari Enterprises were joined by Consul General of the Republic of Korea in New York Euy Whan Kim, Diana Ramos of U.S. Rep. Josh Gottheimer’s 5th Congressional District office, Bergen County Commissioner Rafael Marte and Teaneck Mayor Michael Pagan and local officials for a formal ribbon-cutting.
The Kolmar North America Innovation Center at Glenpointe combines modern office space with an innovative one-of-a-kind incubator to bring its products directly to clients. The hands-on incubator space streamlines Kolmar’s “Concept to Consumer” process by offering clients an opportunity to work directly with Kolmar’s experienced team to create innovative prototype cosmetic products using a carefully curated collection of on-site compounds, colors and packaging solutions.
“In today’s fast-moving cosmetics and consumer products industries, the ability to quickly take products from vision to reality is critical,” George Rivera, CEO of Kolmar USA, said. “The Glenpointe campus has provided us with the perfect environment to bring this unique service offering to North America. We are excited to welcome our clients to our new space so they can experience our innovative approach firsthand.”
Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, added: “The constantly evolving needs of today’s businesses make adaptability a critical deciding factor in many office space decisions. We take great pride in working with our tenants to craft custom space solutions that meet their business needs today and tomorrow.”
Kolmar is the latest company to open a new North American headquarters at Glenpointe. Since the start of 2022, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has welcomed companies such as Leica Camera Inc., Regional Cancer Care Associates, Sunovion and UVEye to new headquarters spaces and has also negotiated over 150,000 square feet in new leases, renewals and lease expansions.
