Wellness Recovery Center of NJ will occupy 4,444 square feet of office space at 231 Clarksville Road in West Windsor, according to a Thursday announcement from Fennelly Associates, which negotiated the lease.
Fennelly Associates’ president, Jerry Fennelly, and corporate real estate specialist Patrick Dintrone represented the landlord, Bayard Street Properties, in the transaction with Wellness Recovery Center of NJ LLC, which was represented by Ryan Curran and Lindsey Lyndon of Curran Commercial.
Located at 231 Clarksville Road, less than five miles from Princeton University, the space is within a 27,773-square-foot medical office building with ample on-site parking and accessibility to Routes 1 and 206 as well as Interstate 295. The property also boasts a diverse mix of tenants including Kaleidoscope ABA, Westrick Music Academy and the Russian School of Mathematics.
