The law offices of Schenck, Price, Smith & King on Monday announced that associates Jennifer Golub and Jordan Wassel have been elevated to counsel, effective immediately.
The promotions were unanimously approved by the Florham Park-based firm’s management committee.
“Jen’s and Jordan’s promotions are well deserved — they are both emerging as strong leaders in their respective practice areas,” Gary Werner, Schenck Price managing partner, said. “These talented lawyers are poised to be part of the next generation of leaders at Schenck Price.”
A member of the Schenck Price Corporate and Business Law Practice Group, Golub has led public and private securities offerings totaling over $100 million. She has advised both public and private clients on corporate governance, strategy and structuring, as well as compliance with state and federal securities laws. She also has significant experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts. Golub is a sought-after mentor to the younger associates in the firm and is also a mentor for the Student/Partner Alliance, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarship and mentoring to high school students in New Jersey.
