Bussel Realty helps secure 3 industrial leases in Carteret, Cranbury

Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday said it recently facilitated three industrial lease transactions in Carteret and Cranbury showcasing a seamless transition of tenants.

MIG’s long-term client, Commercial Fitness Concepts, a prominent player in the fitness equipment industry, demonstrated remarkable growth over the past two years at its 1001 Roosevelt Ave., Carteret location. To accommodate its expansion needs, MIG successfully facilitated a relocation into a spacious 43,300-square-foot warehouse unit with higher ceilings at 115 Melrich Road in Cranbury.

Consequently, MIG was able to sublease the 19,276-square-foot warehouse space CFC vacated at 1001 Roosevelt Ave. to another valued tenant within MIG’s portfolio, Earth Relocation Services. Earth Relocation Services expanded from a smaller unit within 1001 Roosevelt Ave., as the company required additional square footage to support its business growth in the moving and storage industry.

Completing this series of strategic moves, MIG recently finalized an agreement with Victory Home Remodeling, which will now occupy the vacated approximately 10,000 square feet of industrial space formerly occupied by Earth Relocation Services.

115 Melrich Road in Cranbury is a 123,050-square-foot industrial property located near Route 130 and Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike. The property features 17,600-square-foot offices, 36-foot ceilings, six tailboards, one drive-in door, ESFR sprinklers, 800 amps of power and has 50 surface parking spaces.

1001 Roosevelt Ave. is a 93,286-square-foot industrial building located near the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1-9, Port Newark/Elizabeth and Newark Liberty Airport. The property features 17 tailboards and three drive-in doors, 15-foot ceiling heights, 400 to 500 amps of electric power, wet sprinklers and 40 surface spaces.
