Willis Flower has joined Fox Rothschild‘s Atlantic City office as counsel in the Litigation Department, according to a Wednesday announcement from the firm.
A seasoned litigator, arbitrator and mediator with decades of experience, Flower concentrates his practice in the areas of Chancery litigation, complex commercial disputes, land use approval and real estate. He also handles commercial transactions and advises clients on a range of everyday business concern.
Flower regularly represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving partnerships, corporations and their shareholders, estates and trusts, real estate, construction and breach of contract. He handles transactional matters including the sale, lease, purchase and encumbrance of real estate, land use approvals as well as preparation of contracts, wills and other legal instruments.
Active in the legal community, Flower has served on the board of trustees and as president of the Atlantic County Bar Association. He also served two terms on the Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is a former member of the District I Ethics Committee and a senior barrister and counselor to the Executive Board of the Vincent S. Haneman American Inn of Court.
Flower has been honored by the Atlantic County Bar Association as Professional Lawyer of the Year from its Commission on Professionalism in the Law and for Outstanding Service to the Community.
Prior to joining Fox, Flower was the co-founder and managing partner of the boutique law firm Ford Flower Hasbrouck & Loefflad.
