Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday said it leased 2,533 square feet at Veronica Plaza in Somerset to Nirvanis Indian Kitchen.
Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services, represented the landlord, Adoni Property Group, in the transaction. The restaurant was represented in-house.
Located at 84 Veronica Ave., Nirvanis Kitchen joins several other prominent retailers at the 33,400-square-foot shopping center including Bank of America, Jersey Mike’s, Carbon Health, Dunkin’ and Trinty Rehab.
The authentic Indian cuisine restaurant plans on opening its door in November of this year.
Veronica Plaza, at 84 Veronica Ave. in Somerset, is a 33,400-square-foot retailer shopping center located directly off Route 27 and Veronica Avenue and is in close proximity to Routes 1 and 18.
