An HVAC company has purchased a 4,232-square-foot office building at 195 N. Church Road in Franklin to use as its headquarters, according to a Tuesday announcement from NAI James E. Hanson.
Hanson’s Joseph Vindigni represented both the seller, LSC Properties LLC, and the buyer, 195 N Church LLC, in the transaction.
Situated on 0.53 acres in Sussex County, the property consists of four office suites and features abundant on-site parking, a walk-up attic and basement storage space.
