Pure Hockey has opened in the former Clean Land Laundromat location at 2480 Route 22, Kenilworth, according to the Goldstein Group, which secured the deal.
This property consists of 11,340 square feet in a freestanding building.
Marc Palestina, vice president, and Chuck Lanyard, president of the Goldstein Group, represented the landlord, Kenilworth 2480 Route 22 LLC; while Dean Tselepis, managing director of Newmark Real Estate, represented the tenant.
“We’re excited to see Pure Hockey enter the Route 22 market,” Palestina said. “They’ve converted the former laundromat/dry cleaner into a modern, clean hockey retail store that will service the Central Jersey hockey community.”
Pure Hockey is the largest hockey equipment retailer in the U.S. It started out as a small shop in Worcester, Massachusetts, and today, it has over 60 specialty hockey stores.
