Mortgage lender Nations Lending recently opened two new branches — one in Sparta and another in Toms River.
Bruce Laukaitis, who will be leading the Sparta branch, is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of expertise in mortgage lending. Throughout his career, Laukaitis has consistently performed at the highest levels, earning numerous awards for outstanding performance in the forward, reverse and commercial mortgage industries. He is a trusted adviser in the reverse mortgage arena, having held top-level executive positions and achieving national Top 25 ranking for those companies. Meanwhile, John Zura has been chosen to head the Toms River branch. Zura is a seasoned industry professional with over 20 years of experience in residential lending. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous positions and has consistently performed at the highest level, receiving awards such as the “Top Producer Award” and “Top Mortgage Branch Award” in 2020 and 2021.
