The family arrived in the Meadowlands in 2011 and, through its Triple Five Group, began working on a plan to revive the failed Xanadu project at the Meadowlands Sports Complex. Investing more than $5 billion, the company completed the project in 2019. Perhaps the most dynamic mix of retail and entertainment in the country, American Dream will welcome more than 5 million visitors in 2023 and is the center of the emerging Meadowlands destination.
