Jon Hanson
First named to the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority Board by Gov. Tom Kean in 1982, Hanson has been instrumental in envisioning its composition, governance and potential as an economic driver ever since. Heading what became known as the Hanson Commission, he guided the NJSEA through its most challenging days as it reinvented itself in the 2010s. In addition to presiding over the Hampshire Cos., a leading national real estate developer, Hanson has chaired the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame and is the chairman of the New Jersey Hall of Fame.
