Cushman & Wakefield arranges lease renewal for BROAD U.S.A.’s HQ in Hackensack

BROAD U.S.A. has renewed its headquarters’ 2,851-square-foot lease at 401 Hackensack Ave., according to a Friday announcement from Cushman & Wakefield. The HVAC contractor will occupy Suite 503 at the property.

Cushman & Wakefield’s David DeMatteis, Patrick Dean and Christina Magill represented the tenant in the transaction.

This transaction is another example of how Bergen County continues to remain a strong office environment in the midst of changing workplace preferences,” DeMatteis said. “We were able to negotiate the best possible deal for the renewal of their headquarters, ensuring BROAD U.S.A. continues to benefit from a best-in-class work environment.”

401 Hackensack Ave. is a 10-story, 167,537-square-foot office property. The property benefits from a fitness center, on-site restaurant and ample parking. Additional tenants include the Social Security Administration, Prager Metis and Omni Specialty Corp.

The property is located off Route 4, within a 20-minute drive to New York City. The property is also in close proximity to New Bridge Landing Commuter Rail and 175th Street Transit Stop.
