Cushman & Wakefield has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent of 180 Park Ave., a 228,350-square-foot office building located in Florham Park, according to a Tuesday announcement from the brokerage.
Cushman & Wakefield’s William O’Keefe, Courtney Rosenkrantz and Brian Decillis will serve as the exclusive leasing agents on behalf of the landlords, Vision Properties and the Birch Group.
