Wonder Lofts in Hoboken debuts 2 suburban-sized homes with private backyards

The developers of Wonder Lofts in Hoboken on Tuesday announced that two residences with private backyards are now available for sale in Hoboken’s newest community.

These expansive three- and four-bedroom residences allow homeowners to extend their living and entertaining space outdoors with 533-square-foot serene escapes that create a harmonious union of urban convenience and suburban tranquility.

“The private backyards provided with these homes offer endless possibilities for personalization and the enjoyment of outdoor family time, al fresco dining, relaxation and entertainment,” Robert Fourniadis, senior vice president – residential of Prism Capital Partners, which developed Wonder Lofts in partnership with Angelo Gordon and Parkwood Development, said. “The unique feature caters to the desires of discerning homeowners seeking a respite from the urban hustle and a connection to nature.”

The pair of homes includes a 1,639-square-foot, three-bedroom condominium priced at $2.009 million, and an 1,810-square-foot, four-bedroom layout priced at $2.399 million.

The move-in ready residences are loaded with the latest upscale finishes and appointments, including 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, providing an abundance of natural light.

The open designs boast generously sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a powder-room located just off the great room. Large, suburban-sized, designer kitchens feature a center island with seating for four, elegant white Calcutta Laza kitchen countertops, custom white kitchen cabinetry framed with oak trim and a pull-out pantry, top-of-the-line appliances including a built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, Wolf gas range, oven and microwave drawer, Bosch dishwasher and an undercounter wine/beverage refrigerator.

The kitchens open to the spacious dining room and adjoining living room, making an ideal place for gathering with family and friends. The primary bedroom suites include a huge walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and dual sink vanity. All the bathrooms are adorned with custom wall-hung white cabinetry with white Glacier honed marble countertops.

Wonder Lofts is comprised of 83 newly constructed homes housed in both newly built sections and a meticulously restored and beautifully converted factory, circa 1909, which was formerly used as the famed Wonder Bread factory. Just-released three- and four-bedroom homes at Wonder Lofts — all with unique floor plans — are priced from $1.899 million to $3.499 million. Each home comes with deeded parking in an on-site secure parking garage and private outdoor space.

All Wonder Lofts residents enjoy 14,400 square feet of shared indoor and outdoor amenities that create an elevated lifestyle at Wonder Lofts. The highest rooftop, with its stunning 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline, all of Hoboken and beyond, is a beautifully landscaped patio lounge featuring an infinity-edge swimming pool with lounge chairs, a circular outdoor bar underneath the restored water tower, gas barbecue grills and abundant dining and lounge seating areas with a fire pit.

An indoor residents’ lounge on the second floor features a large and elegant living room that opens to a lushly landscaped, outdoor terraced patio and garden with seating areas. A floor-to-ceiling brick, double-faced fireplace separates the living room from an open concept dining room and entertainment kitchen, and an adjacent billiards and game room.

The building also features a two-story, 24-hour attended lobby, an additional large residents’ lounge with fireplace and coworking/study area, a secure onsite parking garage with electric car charging stations and a pet grooming area that will provide a pleasant space for residents to pamper their furry family members.

Wonder Lofts is located in the heart of Hoboken and within easy reach of all that the dynamic, family-friendly hamlet on the Hudson River is known for. The “square-mile city” is known for its tree-lined streets dotted with historic brownstones, an eclectic offering of neighborhood shops, restaurants and nighttime haunts; numerous parks; a beautifully landscaped waterfront featuring majestic Manhattan skyline views; and proximity to Manhattan enhanced by PATH and ferry service.

For more information on Wonder Lofts, visit WonderLoftsLiving.com or call 201-526-4040. The property’s sales office is located at 720 Clinton St., Hoboken.

Wonder Lofts owes its breathtaking blend of industrial history and modern elegance to a team of professionals, including two award-winning and renown design firms, Hoboken-based MVMK Architecture + Design, which served as the project architect, and Manhattan-based Workshop/APD, which served as the interior designer. These firms collaborated with an ownership team consisting of Prism Capital Partners, Angelo Gordon and Parkwood Development and its exclusive sales and marketing agent, CORE, in creating the vision of a wonderful community that is now a reality.
