Vantage Commercial handles off-market sale of 2 Glassboro properties

Vantage Commercial Real Estate said it successfully facilitated an off-market sale of two prime properties located at 236-238 and 240-242 Delsea Drive S. in Glassboro.

Vincent Ceroli, senior adviser, and Ken Richardson, vice president, represented both the buyer and seller in the deal.

236-238 Delsea Drive S. is a 10-acre parcel adjacent to 240-242 Delsea Drive S., which is a 33,000-square-foot building, formerly the home of MaxFit & Sports, sitting on a 15-acre lot.

John Ochipinti, the buyer of the Delsea Drive properties, expressed his gratitude, stating: “Ken and Vince worked with me to complete what was the most difficult transaction of my life. Through no fault of Vantage, there were many obstacles both unforeseen and diverse, and ones that I would not have been able to navigate without their expertise and experience. Every time a new challenge appeared, they rose to the occasion with solutions and worked tirelessly to bring us to the finish line. Not only did I acquire a new commercial property that will enable my company to grow for many years into the future, but I found two new friends who truly earned my respect and gratitude. Looking forward to the next opportunity to collaborate with these two.”

Ceroli stated: “This was truly a collaborative effort to close this complex commercial real estate deal. Our appreciation goes out to everyone who contributed — from the clients who trusted us to the professionals who worked tirelessly to make it happen.”

“We met with John early in the process, we walked his current building and operation for a full understanding of his needs. This level of detail allowed us to identify an off-market property for John rather quickly. Within days we had a deal,” added Richardson.
