Wakefern Food Corp., the state’s largest retailer-owned cooperative, is looking for workers at many of its ShopRite, Price Rite Marketplace, the Fresh Grocer, Gourmet Garage and Fairway Market stores.
Interested? It will host walk-up job fairs Oct. 14 (that’s a Saturday) for candidates looking for career opportunities and valuable experience in retail.
You will be able to speak with a hiring representative for an immediate interview. Full-time, part-time and management positions are available, depending on location.
Available positions, including general, perishable, front end and stocking clerks, feature flexible hours and a wide variety of cross-training to provide employees with the knowledge, skills and tools to work as a team throughout the store. Training programs include a game-based app and are designed to provide a solid foundation so each individual can achieve their best and pursue career goals.
