NAI James E. Hanson helps relocate health care provider to East Windsor

NAI James E. Hanson negotiated a 3,761-square-foot medical space lease at the East Windsor Medical Campus in East Windsor, according to a Wednesday announcement from the real estate specialists.

Located at 300B Princeton Hightstown Road, Suite 202, Restore Health N.J. is relocating from its first office in Cranbury — just four miles away. The close proximity of the new East Windsor office will allow for a seamless adjustment for Restore Health’s existing patients.

The specialized medical practice has five additional offices located in Georgia.

East Windsor Medical Campus, a Class A medical office complex, is conveniently located with excellent access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 130 and the Route 33 Bypass. The campus also features a well-established medical tenant roster including Penn Medicine, Windsor Radiology, AdvoCare Pediatrics, Princeton Windsor Internal Medicine and Princeton Rejuvenation.

NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the tenant, Restore First Health N.J. LLC, and NAI Mertz represented the landlord, Princeton 300B Holdings LLC, in the transaction.

“After outgrowing their initial space rather quickly since they entered New Jersey in January 2023, Restore Health N.J. was in need of a new medical space for its practice,” Horning said. “We are very pleased to help Restore First Health N.J. continue to grow and provide the community with in-demand health care services.”
