Onus Global Fulfillment Solutions signed a lease for 129,129 square feet of space at 1575 Jersey Ave. in North Brunswick, according to a Thursday announcement from Bussel Realty Corp.
OGFS is one of the U.S.’ leading nonasset-based supply chain management companies. It designs and implements industry-leading solutions in both freight management and e-commerce.
David Blitt, senior vice president, and Eli Harari, sales associate, of BRC, represented the tenant. The landlord, VHF1575 LLC, was represented by Rubin Realty.
“After a thorough search within the north and central New Jersey region, our client selected 1575 Jersey Ave. in North Brunswick to develop and service its expanding business,” Blitt said.
The industrial facility is conveniently located near Routes 1 and 130, with access to the New Jersey Turnpike at Exit 9.
