A luxury rental community in Bloomfield has hit the 50% occupancy mark, according to leasing agent the Marketing Directors.
110 Washington, which is newly constructed at 110 Washington St., adjacent to the Bloomfield Train Station, includes 170 residents in studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans.
“The community’s reaction to 110 Washington has been overwhelmingly positive, which is evident in our leasing success,” Jackie Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors, said in a prepared statement.
The residences feature 9-foot ceilings and amenities including luxury plank flooring, in-home washer and dryer, Quartz countertops with waterfall islands and more.
Common-area amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, resident lounge with fireplace and wet bar, coworking spaces and more.
Apartments are available for immediate occupancy, with introductory monthly net rents from $2,425 including one month free on a 13-month lease or two months free on a 26-month lease.
