RIPCO Real Estate said it recently signed two leases totaling 2,640 square feet in Roseland Commons.
Located at 12-16 Eisenhower Parkway in Roseland, the property is a 34,014-square-foot retail shopping center that is situated between Route 10 and Interstate 280 and home to a variety of national and local tenants. Current tenants include Dunkin’, China Pavilion, Allstate, Pilates of NJ and more.
Taking 1,200 square feet of space, UPS inked space that will serve as a location for package dropoff and shipment. Deborah Stone of RIPCO Real Estate brokered the transaction for Roseland Commons, while Matt Grundy of RIPCO Real Estate represented the tenant.
Signing on for 1,440 square feet of space is wellness services firm Below Body Bar. The space will serve customers with cryotherapy, infrared sauna, nutrition specialist, halotherapy and more. Stone represented both parties in the transaction.
“We were excited to work with UPS and Below Body Bar to bring the neighborhood new lifestyle retailers. As personal care and online shopping remain huge parts of consumers’ daily lives, Below Body Bar will offer an easily accessible spot for visitors to practice wellness, while UPS will give users the opportunity to receive, ship and return online items. The highly trafficked retail area will provide local and visiting shoppers with a one-stop shop for all their needs,” Stone said.
