The law firm inked 10,728 square feet on the third floor in the 384,000-square-foot, Class A office building, according to a Monday announcement from CBRE, which brokered the transaction.
CBRE’s Jonathan Meisel, Dan Casey and Erin Wenzler spearheaded the leasing campaign at the property on behalf of Eastman Cos., working with Eric Maurer, the director of leasing at Eastman. Eastman is a full-service real estate development, construction and management company.
“A.Y Strauss is expanding its New Jersey office footprint and needed quality office space that would best serve the needs of its clients and staff,” Meisel said. “The Eisenhower offered the firm state-of-the-art space as well as a number of on-site amenities including parking, food service and conferencing facilities.”
Located at 290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave., the Eisenhower is northern New Jersey’s most centrally located Class A office facility. The footprint of the campus allows four interconnecting buildings to come together with a newly renovated lobby loaded with premium amenities for tenants.
The building’s amenities include a 220-seat auditorium with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, a full-service cafeteria, parking deck, fitness center, electric car chargers and game room. The Eisenhower is adjacent to multiple retail amenities within walking distance and minutes from Interstates 280, 80, 287, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.
