EquipmentShare has leased the entirety of 456 Hollywood Ave. in South Plainfield, according to a Monday announcement from Metz Industrial Group at Bussel Realty Corp. The 11,500-square-foot industrial building is situated on approximately four acres and has abundant parking and storage space.
With sites throughout the U.S., EquipmentShare, a leading construction technology solutions provider, expanded its customer locations to now include northern New Jersey.
Jordan Metz, senior vice president at BRC, and Ben Abbate, sales associate, of the Metz Industrial Group at BRC, represented EquipmentShare. The landlord, Ridgecut Road/Marcus Partners, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the transaction.
