Peapack-Gladstone’s Ronald Andersen named to CIANJ board of directors

Ronald Andersen, senior managing director, commercial private banker, at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, according to a Wednesday announcement.

The CIANJ board is comprised of select members, with diverse backgrounds, who have offered to share their knowledge and expertise in order to meet the goals and mission of CIANJ. Andersen’s expertise in the financial services industry will provide a valuable perspective into the organization’s discussions in how it can support New Jersey’s growth and prosperity.

At Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Andersen is responsible for building the bank’s wealth, lending and deposit business while servicing commercial businesses in the northern New Jersey area.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry with a focus on middle-market companies, both domestically and internationally, he ensures growth and achievement of their financial goals.

Prior to Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Andersen served as senior vice president, relationship manager, at Capital One; SVP, senior relationship manager, at Santander Bank; and first VP and commercial executive, New Jersey corporate banking, at HSBC.

Anderson holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Montclair State University and is an active member of the national networking group Business Forums International (Newark Chapter).
