Caruso, Mazza-Hilway join Meyner and Landis as associates

Caroline Caruso and Rosa Mazza-Hilway have joined Meyner and Landis LLP as associates, the Newark-based firm announced.

Caruso and Mazza-Hilway will practice in areas including banking, business transactions and litigation.

Caruso earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining Meyner and Landis, she was an associate at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in Roseland.

Mazza-Hilway earned her J.D. from Seton Hall Law School and a B.S. from Seton Hall University. Prior to joining Meyner and Landis, Mazza-Hilway clerked for the Hon. Frank Covello, the presiding judge in the General Equity and Chancery Division for the Passaic Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court.
