Martial arts studio lease kicks Lopatcong shopping center to 100% occupancy

Larken Associates on Tuesday said it negotiated a new lease for 2,791 square feet of retail space with Action Karate at Strykers Crossing Shopping Center in Lopatcong. The new lease brings Strykers Crossing Shopping Center to 100% occupancy.

Larken Associates was represented by Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, in the transaction with Action Karate, which Chris Mao of Elite Realtors of New Jersey represented the tenant.

Located at located at 201 Strykers Road, Strykers Crossing Shopping Center is a two-building neighborhood shopping center offering 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with an extensive array of community-oriented tenants. The property is located adjacent to several of Larken Associates’ properties, including Autumn Ridge at Lopatcong, a 198-unit, luxury residential community; Strykers Plaza, a two-building, 12,904-square-foot medical and day care complex; and Greenwich Commons, a 42,896-square-foot medical and professional office space in nearby Stewartsville. In addition, the shopping center is close to major transportation outlets such as Routes 22 and 57 and Interstate 78.

Action Karate joins a list of tenants at Strykers Crossing Shopping Center that includes nationally recognized brands including H&R Block and UPS Store as well as local favorites including the Styling Pooch Pet Services & Supplies.
