Matrix New World Engineering welcomes new VP of environmental services

Matrix New World Engineering recently announced that Sharon Stecker joined the firm as vice president of national environmental services. Stecker will be based out of the firm’s Florham Park office supporting all Matrix offices.

Stecker brings over 25 years of experience working within diverse environmental regulatory and political environments providing expertise to develop, drive and manage consulting, engineering, and construction groups, projects and programs.

Stecker’s professional experience embodies leadership and team building, sales and business development, talent development and mentoring, strategic planning and execution, diversity, equity & inclusivity, integrated project delivery and behavioral-based health and safety.

Some of Stecker’s career accomplishments include successfully leading various existing and new business growth initiatives and achieving record revenue/profitability through her leadership and management. Most recently, since 2016, Stecker lead Brown and Caldwell’s private sector enterprise business, a national business unit focused on serving industrial and commercial clients in diverse markets.
