ShopRite Liquors, Dentistry for Children and Union Paving & Construction ink leases in Lodi

Lease agreement

RIPCO Real Estate announced the recent completion of three leases totaling 10,819 square feet along Main Street of Lodi, which is already home to a variety of retailers, including ShopRite, LA Fitness, CVS and many other retailers and office tenants.

The deals include:

  • At Mid Towne Plaza, 150-170 Main St., a 5,000-square-foot lease with ShopRite Liquors and a 3,838-square-foot lease with Dentistry for Children, a dentistry providing quality pediatric dental care to babies, kids and teens in a fun and kid-friendly office setting;
  • At the office building at 147 Main St., a 1,982-square-foot lease with Union Paving and Construction, which will be occupying the second floor as office space.

These retailers join Jersey Gyros and Puff N Stuff Smoke Shop, which joined Mid Towne Plaza in 2022. The center now totals 13,420 square feet leased, with 1,400 square feet left to lease.
