Robert Danziger, a 30-year corporate finance veteran, has been hired by Valley Bank as the head of its syndicated finance business.
Danziger, who will work out of Valley new headquarters in Morristown and New York City, will be responsible for augmenting the bank’s existing capabilities with clients throughout Valley’s territories, including New Jersey, New York, Florida Illinois, and California.
Prior to joining Valley, Danziger worked at MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities.
“Rob is an experienced and talented professional who has a long history of delivering strong results in the various markets he’s served,” Chief Banking Officer Specialty Finance David Paulson said. “We are excited to add someone of Rob’s deep and diverse experience to Valley’s existing Syndication team, further building on our success in this very important business at the Bank.”
Danziger received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Economics from Union College and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
