Cushman & Wakefield’s Bill Waxman, Mindy Lissner, Jeff Volpi and Chris Griffith have been selected to serve as the exclusive leasing agents to lease a 1.42-acre electric vehicle (EV) charging lot located at 1-23 Tompkins Point Road in Newark on behalf of the owner, Axis Electrified.

Upon completion, the lot will feature 8 ABB Terra 124 L3 chargers and 60 Terra AC Wallbox UL L2 chargers. ABB’s Terra all-in-one L3 chargers offer power up to 120 kW, with convenient charging times for every electric vehicle, including those with HV batteries. The Terra AC Wallbox is built to deliver optimized charging for fleets, public operators, commercial facilities, workplaces and multifamily residences. The property is scheduled to be delivered in Q4 of 2024.
The property is located within a five-minute drive to Newark Airport, an 8-minute drive to Port of Newark and under 25-minutes to Midtown in New York City.
