A nine-acre trucking facility on Oldham Road in Wayne has been leased to a shipping company, according to a recent announcement from Short Hills-based Blau & Berg Co.
Jason Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte and Peter Murano, Jr., with Blau & Berg represented the owner. The tenant, CLR Auto Transport, was represented by Century 21.
The property includes a large maintenance yard, and a 6,000-square-foot building, and is conveniently located not far from Routes 80 and 46.
“352 Oldham Rd provided an IOS solution for CLR Transport and its Amazon Delivery vans”, Conte, executive vice president of Blau & Berg said. “We were excited at the opportunity to bring renewed life to an otherwise underutilized property in Passaic County.”
