Cushman & Wakefield on Thursday said it arranged a long-term, approximately 4,000-square-foot lease for Lotte Wellfood Corp. at 65 Challenger Road in Ridgefield Park. The international confectionary company will occupy Suite 201.
Dan Lessing and Jesse Lessing of DSR Group represented the landlord and Cushman & Wakefield’s James Yamauchi and Junji Miyake represented the tenant in the transaction.

Lotte Wellfood Corporation is a U.S. subsidiary of Lotte Co., Ltd. Japan/South Korean confectionery company that creates a wide range of food product including confectionary, ice creams, beverage, K-Food and, established in 1948, it is one of the largest chewing gum manufacturers in the world.
65 Challenger Road is a Class A, 185,050-square-foot office property. The property features ample on-site parking, full-service café with breakfast and lunch, fitness center and expansive main lobby. The building also features views of New York City and the Hackensack River.
The property is located off the New Jersey Turnpike with direct access to Routes 80, 46 and within five minutes from the George Washington Bridge.
