NAI James. E Hanson helps floral design business relocate its growing business in Sparta

A 2,025-square-foot industrial/flex space at 5 Park Lake Road in Sparta, has been leased to Wild Flowers Farm, LLC, according to a Thursday announcement from NAI James. E Hanson.

Hanson’s John Schilp exclusively represented both the landlord 5 Park Lake Road, LLC, and Wild Flowers Farm in the transaction.

Relocating from a home office, Wild Flowers Farm is a local small business specializing in floral designs for weddings and special events that plans to use its new space for its main office and event staging.

The lease highlights the continued demand for space to support the dozens of wedding and event venues found across northern New Jersey.

“The Sussex County market continues to see limited supply and strong demand from smaller tenants like Wild Flowers Farm,” Schilp said. “We are thrilled to help them find a unit that perfectly fits their needs while helping the landlord secure a reputable tenant.”

Located in the Economic Development District of Sparta, 5 Park Lake Road is a 12,000-square-foot industrial/flex building just a half mile off of Route 15 near major retailers such as Starbucks and Shoprite. Each unit has one drive-in garage door, and the building features 30-foot ceiling heights at its ridge and 14-foot heights at the eves.
