NAI Hanson secures multiple medical lease renewals in Belleville, Rutherford

NAI James. E Hanson on Tuesday said it negotiated two lease renewals for 5,110 total square feet of medical space at the Clara Maass Campus Medical Offices, located at 5 Franklin Ave. and 50 Newark Ave. in Belleville.

Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, and co-broker Versa Property Management represented the landlord, Everest 50 Newark MOB LLC, in the transactions.

The Clara Maass Campus consists of over 127,000 square feet of Class A medical office space among three standalone buildings. The accredited acute care facilities are fully amenitized under the RWJBarnabas Health system. Included within the campus are a comprehensive cancer center, a breast health and disease management center, a radiation oncology department, cardiac services and emergency services. Ample on-site parking is available in addition to a nearby five-story parking garage.

Additionally, Team Lizzack-Horning exclusively represented the landlord, 75 Orient Way LLC, and the tenant, Dynamic Peak Physical Therapy, in a 3,383-square-foot lease renewal and expansion at 75 Orient Way in Rutherford.

The 23,501-square-foot medical office building at 75 Orient Way is situated in the Rutherford Transit Village Central Business District, and features a granite tile lobby, an upgraded medical elevator, two conference rooms and 86 private parking spaces. Multiple reputable medical tenants call 75 Orient Way home, including Meadows Surgery Center, Frost Dental Group, Geria Dermatology and the Tootharium.
