MSPC CPAs on Wednesday announced that Bob Cutolo has joined the Cranford-based firm as partner. Cutolo brings with him over two decades of extensive experience in tax services across various sectors. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of tax-related areas, including domestic, international and state and local taxes, as well as mergers & acquisitions and tax authority audits.
With a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Manhattan College and a Master of Science in taxation from Seton Hall University, Cutolo’s academic credentials are as impressive as his professional background. Before his partnership with MSPC, Cutolo honed his skills at national, Big Four and regional public accounting firms, where he developed a deep understanding of tax compliance and accounting.
