Wyldes in Harrison unveils next-level recreation and social spaces

The Wyldes developer Advance Realty Investors on Monday officially unveiled a robust offering of indoor amenities at the collection of 399 luxury apartments in Harrison’s Riverbend District.

Encompassing over 20,000 square feet, the newly introduced indoor recreation and social spaces were purposefully designed to foster resident interaction, socialization, engagement, wellness and relaxation.

The Wyldes’ community-centric amenities include two lobbies featuring double-height lounges and a coffee station, while a commercial-grade demonstration kitchen promotes culinary creativity. Additionally, a plethora of entertainment options awaits residents in the virtual gaming/karaoke room with a mini bar, as well as the pool hall billiards room that is complete with a media lounge and kitchenette.

The offerings continue with the garden bar and the clubhouse lounge, featuring a media center and full kitchen that opens to the pool. For those seeking a harmonious blend of work and leisure, the office and reading room library provide flexible coworking spaces, including private offices and conference rooms.

Prioritizing well-being, the Wyldes offers the gym, a two-story fitness center with specialized trainers, yoga classes, free weights, on-demand cardio training, rower machines and virtual workouts, ensuring fitness goals are easily attainable.
