Bussel Realty Corp. on Wednesday announced that David Paster has joined the brokerage division as a vice president.
Paster, with 40 years of experience, joins Edison-based Bussel after serving as vice president of leasing at Heller Industrial Parks, where he leased its 16 million-square-foot portfolio for 23 years.
Prior to Heller, Paster acted as vice president of property management at United States Land Resources, headquartered in Morristown, where he managed its 59 properties, comprising 6 million square feet, for 13 years. Before that, Paster served as a commercial real estate representative at Sholom & Zuckerbrot Associates in Edison, representing owners and users in leasing more than 600,000 square feet of commercial real estate for four years.
