C&W arranges 8 leases totaling 70,685 sq. ft. within Opal Holdings’ Centerline portfolio at Metropark

Multiple lease transactions totaling 70,685 square feet within Opal Holdings’ Centerline at Metropark, a six-building office portfolio in Iselin, have been arranged by Cushman & Wakefield, according to a Monday announcement.

The transactions took place within 99 Wood Ave. S., 101 Wood Ave. S., 333 Thornall St. and 343 Thornall St.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Elfand, Kevin Carton, Paul Giannone and Brody Strickland represented the landlord, Opal Holdings, in the transactions.

Select transactions include:

  • Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis LLP executed a renewal for 40,000 square feet at 99 Wood Ave S.;
  • M&T Bank signed a renewal for 17,000 square feet at 99 Wood Ave S.;
  • BCT Group signed a 3,300-square-foot lease at 333 Thornall St.;
  • Atkins Réalis USA Inc. signed a 3,500-square-foot lease at 343 Thornall St.;
  • Dermodity signed a 2,800-square-foot lease at 99 Wood Ave S.;
  • Tanisha, a custom application and end-to-end information technology service, signed an expansion and extension for 2,300 square feet at 99 Wood Ave S.;
  • Aspire, a youth services group, signed a 1,785-square-foot lease at 99 Wood Ave S.;
  • P360, a pharma software company, signed a lease at 343 Thornall St.

The TOBY Awards is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in commercial buildings and rewarding excellence in building management.

The Opal Portfolio in MetroPark consists of over 1.5 million square feet and was recently rebranded under the Centerline name.

99 Wood Ave. S. is a Class A office building totaling 271,988 square feet. The 10-story building features a dramatic two-story lobby, full-service café, fitness center with locker rooms, a shared conference facility and outdoor seating.

101 Wood Ave. S. is a 10-story Class A office building. The 277,629-square-foot building features a vast two-story lobby, fitness and conference facilities and a full-service café with an outdoor seating plaza.

333 Thornall St. is a 10-story Class A office building with a newly renovated lobby. The 198,544-square-foot building features a conference facility and a 160-seat restaurant with an elevated patio that overlooks scenic landscaping and a bird sanctuary.

343 Thornall St. is an eight-story Class A office building totaling 197,745 square feet. The building boasts a newly renovated lobby, fitness center and conference facility.

Each building is conveniently located near a variety of malls, hotels and numerous restaurants. The office portfolio is strategically located near the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike, Route 440, Routes 1 and 9 and the Interstate 287 interchange as well as within walking distance to the MetroPark Train Station and Amtrak.
