L.A. Bikini inks 1,886 sq. ft. at Livingston Town Center

Azarian Realty Co. on Wednesday announced L.A. Bikini has signed a lease at the Livingston Town Center in Livingston.

Livingston Town Center is a 65,000-square-foot, two-story lifestyle shopping center located in one of the most affluent townships in New Jersey, right on the corner of Route 10 and North Livingstone Avenue.

L.A. Bikini has taken over a prime 1,886-square-foot space on the first floor of the center and, after some minor cosmetic alterations to the space, will be slated to open for business in the first quarter of 2024.

Born out of a desire to revive a tanning and waxing salon, the Birmingham, Alabama-based company began in 2011. Founded by Clay Haley, the business revolves around its proprietary sugaring wax experience, which offers a less painful and healthier approach to hair removal.

L.A. Bikini’s success and growth in the last decade has been evident as it has locations around the country including Alabama, Florida, Texas and Utah. Its occupancy in the Livingston Town Center serves as its fourth location in New Jersey.

L.A. Bikini joins other conveniences at the lifestyle center including Wells Fargo, Lash Lounge, HotWorx, Verizon Wireless and Shiseido. Livingston Town Center has 29 tenant spaces total, and only two small vacancies ideal for retail and office opportunities remain on the ground floor commercial component of the property.

Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. represented the landlord and the tenant was represented by Kristin Martins of Jeffery Realty. Azarian Realty Co. is the exclusive leasing agent for Livingston Town Center.
