Lee & Associates welcomes Mark Fowler and Paul March to Edison team

Brokerage industry leaders join firm in senior vice president roles

Seasoned brokerage professionals Paul March of Montgomery and Mark Fowler of Ocean Township joined Lee & Associates’ New Jersey operations this fall as senior vice presidents. The new additions to the commercial real estate firm’s Edison office continue a period of active growth for the Garden State team.

March is a proven market leader with more than 38 years of office leasing experience representing both landlords and tenants, including global firms such as Samsung and LG Electronics. He specializes in the Princeton office submarket and the tri-state region’s growing life sciences sector. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, he held positions at Newmark and CBRE.

Fowler’s commercial real estate career began almost 25 years ago. He specializes in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties with a focus on Monmouth, Mercer and Middlesex counties. Fowler joined Lee & Associates from Newmark, and previously was an agent with Weichert Commercial.

Both brokers cited Lee & Associates’ corporate culture, entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to best-in-class client service — along with its well-respected industry reputation — for drawing them to the firm.

“We are thrilled to be joining this dynamic and entrepreneurial team to focus on Mercer and Monmouth counties,” March noted.

Fowler added, “We look forward to providing office tenants and landlords all the services and benefits Lee & Associates has to offer.”

Lee & Associates’ Jessica Vasil, who directs the firm’s New Jersey operations, said: “We’re excited to welcome Paul and Mark to Lee & Associates. These results-driven commercial real estate professionals join our company with vast industry and marketplace knowledge. Their diverse experiences and dedication to client satisfaction align perfectly with our values and vision, and we are confident both will play a pivotal role in driving Lee & Associates’ continued growth and success.”
