Fox Rothschild on Tuesday officially welcomed Adam Busler back to Atlantic City office as a partner in the litigation department.
“Adam is a solutions-oriented litigator who returns to Fox having gained valuable in-house experience as general counsel for a regional health care provider,” Eileen Oakes Muskett, the firm’s Atlantic City office managing partner said. “We’re thrilled to have him back on board.”
Busler helps clients resolve commercial and employment disputes. He is experienced with state and federal litigation involving business torts, contract claims, employment discrimination, harassment matters, restrictive covenants and real estate matters. In addition, he counsels businesses on employment issues, litigation avoidance and employee handbooks.
Busler also serves on the Board of Trustees for Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children of Atlantic and Cape May Counties, which trains volunteers to speak on behalf of abused and neglected children in the foster care system.
Busler earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and his B.A. from Dickinson College.
Prior to rejoining Fox, he was general counsel at Outcome Healthcare.
