Union’s newest luxury apartments, Titan Union, open in downtown Union

The Titan Union Luxury Apartments, developed and owned by long-time Union resident Nicholas Wong, celebrated its grand opening last month. Located in the heart of downtown Union at the intersection of Morris and Stuyvesant avenues, the Titan Union building is an adaptive reuse of the historic Union Center Bank site.

Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes is the exclusive leasing agent for the building and is delighted to announce that Titan Union is already 30% pre-leased, marking a significant achievement in the community.

Wong, with 18 years of residency in Union, expressed his excitement about the project: “Titan Union is more than just a building; it’s a vision realized. We’ve transformed a historic site into a modern living space that captures the essence of Union’s charm and history,” he said.

In addition to its 43 luxury apartments, Titan Union features an event space, coworking facilities and amenities that include a rooftop terrace with views of New York City, a fitness center and a media screening room. The building is conveniently situated in close proximity to NJ Transit bus stop and offers a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Union Train Station which offers direct service to New York Penn Station.

Titan Union include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments with a den. The spacious floorplans boast island kitchens with shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances; LVT-look hardwood flooring; in-unit washers and dryers; and more.
