NAI James E. Hanson secures 2 industrial lease renewals in Hasbrouck Heights

NAI James E. Hanson, along with Bridge Logistics Properties, a subsidiary of Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc., on Monday said it negotiated two industrial lease renewals totaling 87,229 square feet at 5 Plant Road in Hasbrouck Heights.

Hanson’s Scott Perkins, Christopher Todd and William Ericksen represented the landlord, Bridge Logistics Properties, while Newmark represented tenant Skyline Windows LLC and Cushman & Wakefield represented tenant Direct Freight Express in the transaction.

“We’re excited to retain both Skyline and DFX following our acquisition. Their decision to renew shows that tenants continue to value properties that are functional, well-located and benefit from institutional ownership and management,” Hank Klehm, vice president, asset management of BLP, said.

“Skyline Windows’ and DFX’s decision to renew their leases highlights the continued desirability to well-located industrial properties,” Perkins added. “In a time when many businesses are looking to cut costs by relocating or downsizing, 5 Plant Road continues to provide a superior experience that supports the continued growth of each of its tenants.
