Westfield based law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper P.C., announced after the new year that Blake Miller and Blake Width have been elevated to partners in its Insurance and Litigation practices and will concentrate on the defense of individuals and corporations in general liability matters.
“We are excited to announce the elevation of Mr. Miller and Mr. Width to partners with our firm,” Eric Levine, president of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, said. “Both are deeply experienced litigators well-versed in insurance coverage and defense matters.”
Miller, a resident of Maplewood, brings 14 years of litigation experience to Lindabury, having defended a variety of individuals and corporations. Prior to joining Lindabury, Miller practiced as an associate in the New Jersey office of a London-based firm, where he handled complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters.
Width, who resides in Tewksbury Township, has more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry and has focused his practice in the areas of contract litigation, creditors’ rights litigation and insurance defense.
