A combination office and warehouse space in West Caldwell has been leased by Bluebell Relocation Services, in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Vice President Eric Weston.
Located at 23 Fairfield Place, the 1,740-square-foot office and 5,480 square feet of warehouse space now serves as headquarters for Bluebell’s comprehensive commercial and residential moving services. Only minutes from both Interstate 80 and Route 46 in suburban Essex County, the location is also just a short drive from Interstate 280. Midtown Manhattan is less than 25 miles away.
“For a moving company, location is absolutely essential,” Weston said, who had previously represented the property’s owner in acquiring the single-story building. “You always want a central location with easy access to major roadways. And that’s what 23 Fairfield Place provides — whether you’re going north, south, east or west, you can do it quite quickly. In addition to being only 30 minutes from New York City, you can be in the Hudson Valley in less than an hour, and in Pennsylvania almost as quickly.”
