Pediatric therapy center inks 5,384 sq. ft. space at Princess Road Office Park in Lawrenceville

Sovereign Care Services has signed a lease for a 5,384-square-foot medical office space at Princess Road Office Park in Lawrenceville, according to a Wednesday announcement from Larken Associates, which handled the transaction.

The deal brings the 49,094-square-foot property to full occupancy.

Larken Associates was represented by Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage of Larken Associates, in the transaction.

Sovereign Care Services is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis therapy for children 18 months to 17 years old and adults 18 to 21 years old diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual/developmental disability.
