Pediatric therapy center inks 5,384 sq. ft. space at Princess Road Office Park in Lawrenceville

Sovereign Care Services has signed a lease for a 5,384-square-foot medical office space at Princess Road Office Park in Lawrenceville, according to a Wednesday announcement from Larken Associates, which handled the transaction.

The deal brings the 49,094-square-foot property to full occupancy.

Larken Associates was represented by Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage of Larken Associates, in the transaction.

Sovereign Care Services is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis therapy for children 18 months to 17 years old and adults 18 to 21 years old diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual/developmental disability. With a diverse team of multidisciplined professionals, Sovereign Care Services’ mission is to provide its clients with high quality, evidence-based programs that are individualized, inclusive and collaborative in nature.

Located at 4 Princess Road, the office park is a two-building complex at the interchange of Exit 68 and Interstate 295 near Princeton Pike and Franklin Corner Road. The business center is situated squarely between New York City and Philadelphia and is supported by a robust amenity package, including a private bathroom and kitchenette for each suite, an on-site day care, over 300 parking spaces, high speed internet access and an abundance of nearby hotels and restaurants in the Princeton and Trenton areas.
