NAI James E. Hanson on Thursday said it negotiated a 1,719-square-foot medical office lease for Restore First Health, at 300 Broadacres Drive in Bloomfield.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the tenant and Jeff Schotz of Newmark represented the landlord, Broadacres ERCT 1 LLC, in the transaction.
Restore First Health is a specialized medical practice offering patients advanced in-home treatment of chronic wounds. Through a collaborative approach, Restore First Health works closely with home health care providers, assisted living programs, hospital discharge planners and families to ensure each patient receives seamless and effective treatment.
In 2023, Team Lizzack-Horning represented Restore First Health in its relocation of its rapidly growing practice from Cranbury to a larger space in East Windsor. As the company continues to expand its presence within the state, Restore First Health tapped Team Lizzack-Horning again to help secure the ideal space for its second New Jersey location.
“Restore First Health is a client we’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with, and we’re excited to see them open a second New Jersey office,” Horning said. “Our team takes pride in our diligent approach to client service, and we’re excited to continue our work with Restore First Health as their booming practice continues to evolve.”
