Colliers reps ‘world’s paper company,’ Sylvamo North America, in 431,720 sq. ft. industrial lease

Sylvamo North America has extended its lease at a 431,720 square-foot single-tenant facility at 1500 John Galt Way in the Haines Center Industrial Park of Florence Township, according to a Tuesday announcement from the Colliers industrial team of Marc Isdaner and Alex Stringfellow.

Sylvamo is recognized as “the world’s paper company,” well-known for popular paper brands Hammermill and HP Papers. The paper giant employs more than 1,800 people across North America, with global headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee.

The building has been jointly occupied by Sylvamo and International Paper as a shared facility. 1500 John Galt Way offers 30- to 37-foot clear ceiling heights and cross-dock loading, which combines rail service and truck distribution through Norfolk Southern/CSX rail service via the Bordentown Secondary Rail Line.

The Haines Center Industrial Park is a desirable location with its combination of rail and truck (intermodal) distribution and immediate access to New Jersey Turnpike Exit 6A and the Pennsylvania Turnpike connector. 1500 John Galt Way and the Haines Center are owned and operated by regional property developer and ownership group Whitesell Construction Co.
