Teaneck-based Holy Name Medical Center announced three key appointees this week: Cynthia Ziegler as vice president of revenue cycle management, Suzanne Tammaro as the chief marketing officer and Donald Ecker as vice president of integrated services.

Ziegler will manage and optimize Holy Name’s revenue cycle, which encompasses patient access, the call center, billing and collections for both the health system and the physician network. In this role, she will lead efforts to collaborate across departments to streamline current processes and improve integration.

Tammaro joins Holy Name after serving as the vice president of marketing and communications at Maimonides Health. While there, she led a complete redesign of the integrated marketing team and introduced a results-driven, strategic approach to service line marketing and communications. As the new leader of the Holy Name Marketing and Communications Department, Tammaro will prioritize digital integration strategies and clinical service marketing in an effort to rapidly enhance brand reputation and drive patient volume.

Ecker, assuming a new role at Holy Name, will ensure the implementation of the enterprise scheduling application throughout the health system. Ecker’s expertise and leadership are integral in the successful adoption and implementation of an enterprise scheduling application. Prior to this, Ecker served as the executive director of supply chain management at Holy Name.
Holy Name CEO Mike Maron applauded the announcement.
“Our growth and continued forward momentum as a leading health care provider includes the recruitment of high-profile talent,” he said. “The latest additions to our leadership team will enhance our longstanding reputation for innovative care and ultimately optimize processes that will improve the patient experience.”
